Meet Clark
My Story
Growing up, I was always the skinny kid, but when I got to college, my poor eating habits caught up with me and I got fat and in the worst shape of my life. I started working out when I was 21. I did what you were "supposed to do," like eat clean and lift weights, but my strict diet and routine were unsustainable and I gained all the weight back. Now, at 33, I'm in the best shape ever in full control of my diet and have made being fit a seamless part of my lifestyle. And I want to help you do the same.

I specialize in helping guys who have tried eating "clean," hitting the gym and not seeing the results they feel they deserve ditch the fad diets for macro-friendly versions of their favorite foods and workouts to maximize their results building muscle and losing fat
